No New World city can compete with the architecture of the Old World. The New World just didn’t go through the architecture phases and the body of thoughts that stand behind the buildings that make Europe so great.
The strength The New World embodies, however, is natural beauty. The empty vastness that still exists in many places. The more we lose our natural landscapes, we more lose what makes our country so beautiful and meaningful. Without nature, we have nothing.
